Au fil des cours, plusieurs thèmes seront abordés, tels que : Vacances à la mer, à la montagne, ou à la campagne, pique-niques gourmands, souper improvisé entre amis, … par le biais de recettes simples et abordables ou, parfois, nettement gastronomiques.
